How To Apply

Apply to lips generously as a mask at nighttime and anytime throughout the day when you want to moisturize and protect lips. Provides intense hydration, soothes and smooths lips, while protecting lip barrier against the elements.

Active Ingredients

Ceramide Complex Identical to lipids found in the skin, this has been concentrated and formulated into a system to provide enhanced skin moisturization and protection. Restores the protective barrier function of the skin and offers enhanced delivery and exchange of skin lipids. Especially suitable for dry skin, aging skin and sensitive skin.

Squalane:  A hydrocarbon derived by hydrogenation of squalene.  When compared to squalene, due to the complete saturation of squalane, it is not subject to auto-oxidation, making it an excellent emollient and moisturizer.   The key to squalane’s topical skin care success is that its molecular structure resembles our own skin’s design, allowing it to penetrate the outer layer of skin completely and synthesize quickly.   While squalane is produced naturally by the body, the production level begins to decline drastically after age 30.

Vitamin E: An antioxidant, vitamin E fights skin cell damage caused by free radicals and protects your skin from the harmful effects of UV rays.  It improves skin hydration and can help with dry and cracked lips. 

Castor Oil: Castor oil contains several fatty acids like ricinoleic acid, oleic acid, and linoleic acid, and Omega 6 EFAs. It hydrates skin, repairs damage, stimulates the growth of healthy tissue, and is an excellent moisturizer.  A humectant, castor oil helps retain moisture, which is important in excessively dry, cold, and windy weather.  It instantly hydrates and plumps up the delicate skin and makes it appear fresh and supple. Castor oil penetrates deep into the skin around the lips, thus softening them and delaying the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles that affect these areas. Another advantage of using castor oil is that it evens out discolorations.

Beeswax:  A natural wax that is produced by honey bees. Beeswax contains natural emulsifiers that help retain moisture, making it a great ingredient for dry, chapped lips. It contains antibacterial elements that are great for protecting sensitive skin.  And it can protect lips from UV rays.

Jojoba Oil:  From the jojoba nuts or seeds, jojoba oil is extracted through a process of cold expeller pressing. Since jojoba shares the same properties as our own skin oils, when we incorporate it into our lip care, our lips are able to immediately recognize what it is, and absorb it, making lips supple and moisturize
